Description
Located on a extremely quiet street that runs from the Spanish Steps area to Via Del Corso. Many lovely shops and also a supermarket which is open all day - 7 days a week. Within walking distance of many sights and excellent bus transport available on Via Del Corso or the Metro A Line at the Spanish Steps.
Rental is set within a brownstone type building with 30 step walkup to the apartment door.
Once inside - there is another flight of steps within the apartment itself that take one to the next level where one enters a large living room with high ceilings and terracotta flooring.
There are 2 sets of French Doors which open onto lovely rooftop views. Wall units supply heat in Winter and AC in Summer.

Clothes washer is positioned in hallway between living room and bathroom.
Great for a small family for short-stay or for longer stay - a single or couple with occasional guests.
